This artwork was inspired by God’s grace. We were made as beautiful roses in God’s image and when Eve bit the apple we inherited the thorns of sin. But despite the thorns God still holds us. Regardless of our disobedience, He came down to earth as a Man, and took our thorns of sin onto Himself. So that if we choose to trust in Him and His sacrifice we can live with Him for eternity.
